I welcome you to join our retreats in Monasterio, Costa Rica. You can join us for either one or both. The first retreat begins by arriving December 30th 2023 and departing January 7th 2024. The second retreat begins by arriving the 7th of January 2024 and departing on January 13th 2024.

Monasterio is beyond a place or dimension. It is a portal of connection.

The program of the retreat is to be with nature, in whatever nature brings coupled with moments of connections and realization. Our activities will include sessions, wisdom from the source, personal exchanges or treatments, jungle walks, and playing in pristine rivers and waterfalls.

Les doy la bienvenida para que nos acompañen a nuestros retiros en Monasterio, Costa Rica.

Puedes asistir a un solo retiro o a ambos. El primer retiro inicia llegando el 30 de diciembre del 2023 y partiendo el 7 de enero del 2024. El segundo retiro comienza llegando el 8 de enero y partiendo el 13 de enero del 2024.

Monasterio está más allá de un lugar o dimensión. Es un portal de conexión.

El programa del retiro es estar con la naturaleza, en lo que la naturaleza nos brinde, ademas de momentos de conexión y comprensión. Nuestras actividades incluirán sesiones, sabiduría desde la fuente, intercambios de diferentes modalidades de sanación con otros participantes, caminatas por la jungla y jugar en ríos y cascadas cristalinos.

Itinerary

Included in the price is:

A shared floor beneath you and a roof above you for 8/6 nights (do not expect walls) and meals.
Pick-up from San Jose airport (SJO) between 9:00am until 3:00pm on December 30th / January 7th
Drop-off at San Jose airport (SJO) between 10:00am on the 7th/13th of January. If your plane arrives after 2pm or departs before 11:30am you will need to arrange your own accommodation for the night after or before. If you are returning to USA, you should book your return flight after 2pm.

You should bring:

Mattress (single) and sleeping bag for possible cold nights
Warm sleeping bag or blankets for possible cold nights
Towel, sheets, pillow.
Wellies / rubber boots (without lining recommended)
Long pants
Rain coat with hood or thin rain poncho
Indoor sandals
Bathing suit, hat and sun block
Flash light and batteries.
Insect repellant

(Keep in mind that we don’t have electricity)

Note:

If you wish to stay longer for any of the retreats, the cost will be $150 per night. You have to stay at least two extra nights. Register below.

Incluido en el precio:

Un piso compartido debajo de ti y un techo, durante 8/6 noches (no esperes paredes) y las comidas.
Recogida en el aeropuerto de San José (SJO) entre las 10:00 a.m. a las 3:00 p.m. el 30 de diciembre y el 7 de enero.
Llevarte al aeropuerto de San José (SJO) después de las 10.00 a.m. el 7/13 de enero. Si tu vuelo llega después de las 2:30 pm, o sale antes de las 11:00 am necesitas organizar tu propio alojamiento para pasar la noche después o antes en San Jose.

Para programar tu vuelo de llegada y de partida debes tener en cuenta que desde el aeropuerto de San José a Monasterio son 2 horas y media y debes llegar al aeropuerto dos horas antes de tu vuelo de partida.

Si vas a Estados Unidos, debes reservar tu vuelo de regreso después de las 2:00 pm, para que tengas el tiempo suficiente para hacer tu prueba de covid el mismo día.

Debes traer:

Colchón inflable o colchoneta de tamaño personal y un sleeping bag, sabanas que sirvan para las noches frías.
Toalla, almohada.
Botas pantaneras o de caucho que no tengan forro.
Pantalones largos.
Impermeable o poncho para la lluvia.
Sandalias para usar en el kiosko solamente.
Vestido de baño, sombrero y bloqueador solar.
Linterna y pilas.
Repelente para insectos.

(Recuerden que no hay electricidad, así que no traigan nada que requiera recargarse con electricidad.)

Nota:

Si deseas quedarte más tiempo en alguno de los retiros, el costo será de $150 por noche. Tienes que quedarte al menos dos noches extra.

The cost for the first retreat is US$1300 and for the second retreat is US$1100, or US$2000 for both retreats.

Included in the price is:
