Global sessions on 11th November 2020
at 7am:
and 11pm NYC time:
for the period of 33 minutes.
Everybody can participate in both or one of them. Each session is 33 minutes. As I mentioned they are for anybody regardless of knowing me or not.
You should just lay down anytime starting at the session time for whatever length of time you wish. You do not need to have any intention. I will reach you and include you in the session. There will not be a broadcasting or stream.
Please, pass around this info to as many people as you can reach. Nobody needs to do anything; as long as they have thought about the session or me, I will reach them.

Simplemente debes recostarte en cualquier momento a partir de la hora de la sesión durante el tiempo que desees. No necesitas tener ninguna intención. Me comunicaré contigo y te incluiré en la sesión. No es una transmisión en vivo por video.
