Costa Rica Gathering Welcome Letter
I would like to welcome your commitment to coming to the March Gathering in Costa Rica. The land in which we are settling is about two and a half hours drive from San Jose Airport. Please check your pick-up times on the next page, and if you see an error with the time, let us know. We also need your airline information and the time. If, for any reason, you could not make the flight, or your flight is delayed by more than an hour, please try to contact me and let me know. My cell number in Costa Rica is +(506) 8990- 7529. (Also, in the occasion of emergency, your family can reach you through this number). Of course, I will not always have reception due to geographical reasons. If you cannot get through, just try again or leave a detailed message. In case you don’t make your flight and cannot reach me, just wait for the next scheduled pick-up. It is a good idea to bring your cell phone with you. Failing that, you can get a taxi to the town of Guacimo in the province of Limon. If you can reach us by phone from Guacimo we can arrange to pick you up, otherwise you can get another taxi (4x4 vehicle only!!!) from the centre of Guacimo. On the Limon highway you make a right turn immediately after the bridge over ‘Rio Guacimo’. Drive 7 kilometres on that dirt road until you reach a fork, where you will take a right. You will go through a small river which is about three kilometres from the fork. You will eventually arrive at a large round house (that is my house). These directions are not meant for you to actually use. They are just for the occasion of arriving at a different time than you have indicated and not being able to get in contact with us. A taxi from the airport will cost you around $100. The alternative is to take a bus from the centre of San Jose to Guacimo, and then a taxi from there. Do not attempt to make this journey if you have to start after 2pm. In this occasion you ought to stay one night in San Jose. When you arrive at the airport, you will need to have an address to stay. Use: Monasterio Finca Guacimo Limon You are a tourist visitor, planning to stay at the finca. After you pick up your luggage and you go through customs, you will be out in the street as San Jose Airport doesn’t have a waiting area. Keep an eye out for a sign indicating ‘Monasterio’. If, for whatever reason, the driver is not there at the exact pick-up time, just wait. The pick-up times are tentative and based on everybody’s arrival times. If somebody’s time changes, we have to adjust the pick up time. Please check this bulletin on the website just before your departure in case of last-minute messages or changes. The temperature of where we are should be 20’C+ during the day, and a bit chilly in the middle of the night. However, recently it has been quite a bit colder and rainy during the day. We plan to all sleep under the same roof, however you are more than welcome to bring your own tent if you wish. What you will need to bring is: Mattress (air mattress recommended) Warm Sleeping bag or Blankets Pillow Wellies / rubber boots (with plenty of socks) Torch and batteries Sunblock Insect Repellant Hat Swim suit Rain coat with hood or thin rain poncho Personal items; clothes, long pants, towel, etc. We will provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you need to bring your own products, make sure they are bio-friendly. Bringing rubber boots is very important because of ant bites, mud and unexpected situations. Basically anywhere we walk, that is what we will wear, not hiking shoes. If you have left anything from last year, do not rely on them being there still. We will have breakfast in the morning and one simple cooked meal a day in the afternoon. This may include: rice, pasta, beans, plantain, yucca, potato, green salad, chicken, fish and whatever else is available locally. During the day we will have available: pineapple, papaya, banana, and any fruit available locally, bread, honey and tea. Water is collected from a spring in the land. Due to lack of refrigeration (and ants) storage is difficult. If you require anything beside what is mentioned, feel free to bring what you like. We have made an arrangement for rooms at Gran Hotel Costa Rica in the centre of San Jose at the price of $79+ tax a night (around $89 inc. breakfast). If you are staying at a hotel, the taxi cost is about $12. Be prepared in the lobby at the time of the pick up. You can all arrange your room for departure when you are here, or you can contact reservaciones@grandhotelcostarica.com and book your rooms under your personal name with the corporate rate of ‘LifeShare’ to receive the above rate. The hotel’s telephone number is 506 221 4000 I would recommend also bringing a discreet bag to carry your passport in. Leave anything you do not need, at home, i.e. jewellery etc. The official currency here is colones, and the exchange rate is 560 colones to the US dollar, however, the US dollar is well accepted everywhere. Just make sure you have small notes as breaking $100 or $50 might be difficult. For the cost of the gathering, you can bring me cash in US dollars in large bills. Please try to bring new bills. Please contact me by phone if you have any questions, as my access to internet is limited.
I am still waiting for some arrival informations. I will post all the pick times on the 15th

TUNE INTO THE SESSIONS FROM ANYWHERE
If you have attended a session with me, you can tune into any session from a distance. Simply figure out the time difference and spend half an hour in quiet with the intention of being included in the remote session, either on your own or with other people with the same intention. Some of you do not require to tune in at the exact time, and some of you do not need to have the prerequisite of attending a previous session. If you have any questions, please let me know. Love, Abdy.
Monestario and Lifeshare
Universe has revised my decision to create a community in Costa Rica. After one year of constant battle for construction and creation of place suitable for a group to live, I have come to a realization that neither myself, the universe or the people are ready for such a place. Instead, I am creating a home and a centre that people can come for a retreat. This has not been an easy decision to make. However, costruction disasters, financial loss coupled with recieving no support at all, made it possible. Actually, I am feeling releaved of the burden of taking responsibility on peoples lives and well being. Instead, I am enjoying living in the beauty that sorrounds me. I know many of you are disappointed, and some releaved from making decisions. It is what it is. Should the circumstanes change in the future, I will entertain the Idea of creating such a space again. At this moment all I can offer is the possibility of having a retreat centre, when the finance is in place. Abdy.

England Gathering : Recommendations
We are currently in London. Hopefully all of you have booked your accommodations. There are a number of ways to travel from the airport to Central London. If you are arriving in Heathrow, you can take a taxi which will be anything between 40 and 60 pounds based on traffic and time of day. Your next option would be arranging a mini-cab in advance and that would cost you a flat rate of about 35 pounds per car. If you choose this option, you can google for many online bookings or you can go to www.airportscars.co.uk Another cheaper door to door option is to book a shuttle for 20 pounds. A website for this is www.dot2.com The cheapest way to get to Central London is by the London Underground. That brings you from the terminal to Central London for less than 8 pounds, depending on time of travel. The weather is hard to predict here, but rain coat/umbrella and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. We open the doors of the hall in the Hilton at 10am on Saturday. A reminder that the gathering is held at the Hilton Hyde Park which is at 129 Bayswater Rd at the Queensway tube station. Some of you might want to bring a cushion. You can reach us at +44207 3762460 from outside England or 0207 3762460. Looking forward to seeing you, Abdy.
NOTES ON THE ENGLAND GATHERING
Currently we have 42 people for the England gathering. As I have mentioned on the website, the events in London for the gathering will be held in the Hilton Hyde Park hotel, which is at 129 Bayswater Rd., just around the corner from the Queensway tube station and the Bayswater tube station. Lancaster Gate station and Notting Hill station are about 5 – 10mins walk. We (Abdy, Emily, Kye) will be staying at the studio, our usual location, close to Kensington Gardens which is about 15mins walk to the Hilton hotel. For the two free days, the 23rd and 24th, some people are going to the Rosalyn Chapel in Edinburgh via train or plane, whilst others are going to other sites in England, and others are staying in London. I suggest each of you plan those two days as your heart desires, without depending on others. I have tried many ways to arrange for a preferred rate in some of the hotels in London, however the group rate is much more expensive than individual booking. I have researched some different sites that you can make hotel reservations in London. The result of my search at this time has narrowed down to the following; if you want to stay at the Hilton Hyde Park hotel, you can get the best rates by going to www.Hilton.com but make sure that before you make a reservation, check all the rates on the page and read the details. If you want to go to less expensive hotels, you can check www.hotelsclick.com or www.booking.com . For these bookings you will most likely get better rates the closer you get to the date. Within walking distance of the Hilton Hyde Park hotel are plenty of hotels. To narrow your search for this location, look in the Bayswater area. You can also get apartments in the vicinity close by at www.citybaseapartments.com . Basically you are looking at a rate of about £140 at the Hilton, including breakfast and taxes, as low as £40 for a cheap hotel around Hyde Park, and from £70 – £100 for a moderate hotel around Hyde Park, and as low as £80 for an apartment. I will also suggest that if you can find a decent hotel in another location of London, for a good price, the commute in London through bus and subway is fairly easy and you can enjoy travelling in London. For those of you who are looking for a room-mate, you can contact us for possible referrals. I will be posting another letter by September 16th for further updates. -Abdy.
Costa Rica gathering welcome letter
I would like to welcome your commitment to coming to the March gathering in Costa Rica. This gathering is unlike any previous gathering. Just a week before I posted the information about the gathering, I decided I wanted to have a small number. This is why I did not promote the gathering, and restricted it to the people who have been in previous gatherings only. My cell number in Costa Rica is +506 990 7529. (Also, in the occasion of emergency, your family can reach you through this number). Of course, I will not always have reception due to geographical reasons. If you cannot get through, just try again. In case you don’t make your flight and cannot reach me, just wait for the next scheduled pick-up. It is a good idea to bring your cell phone with you. Failing that, you can get a taxi to the town of Guacimo in the province of Limon. If you can reach us by phone from Guacimo we can arrange to pick you up, otherwise you can get another taxi, 4X4 !!!, from the centre of Guacimo. On the Limon highway you make a right turn immediately after the bridge over ‘Rio Guacimo’. Drive 7 kilometres on that dirt road until you reach a fork, where you will take a right. You will go through a small river and then a larger river which is about three kilometres from the fork, where you will enter a narrow fern path to the place that we will be camping. These directions are not meant for you to actually use. They are just for the occasion of arriving at a different time than you have indicated and not being able to get in contact with us. This would cost you around $100. The alternative is to take a bus from the centre of San Jose to Guacimo, and then a taxi from there. Do not attempt to make this journey if you have to start after 2pm. In this occasion you ought to stay one night in San Jose. When you arrive in the airport, you will need to have an address of stay. Use: Tierra Grande Finca Guacimo Limon You are a tourist visitor, planning to camp on the finca. After you pick up your luggage and you go through customs, you will be out in the street as San Jose Airport doesn’t have a waiting area. Keep an eye out for a sign indicating ‘Abdy’. The temperature of where we are is 24’C+ during the day and can get a bit chilly in the middle of the night. It is humid and rains often. I recommend a good water-resistant tent, and try to share a tent with the people you know instead of having your own individual tent. What you will need to bring is: Tent, (unless sharing) Air mattress (important, as ground is bumpy) Sleeping bag or warm blanket Pillow Wellies / rubber boots Shower bag (if you are from Aus, Europe, or U.S., to share with others) Torch and batteries Sunblock Hat Swim suit (we may go to the beach for a day) Rain coat with hood or thin rain poncho Plate, cup and cutlery Personal items; clothes, long pants, towel, etc. We will provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you need to bring your own products, make sure they are bio-friendly. Repellent is optional; where we camp we have never been bitten by mosquitoes, however there are jungle paths with mosquitoes. Bringing rubber boots is very important because of ant bites, mud and unexpected situations. Basically anywhere we walk, that is what we will wear, not hiking shoes. If, for whatever reason your luggage is over-weight, you can buy the rubber boots and the air mattress a day or two after your arrival. We will have one simple cooked vegetarian meal a day around 4pm that may consist of rice, pasta, beans, plantain, yucca, potato, green salad, and whatever is available locally. The rest of the day we will have pineapple, papaya, banana, and any fruit available locally, bread, honey, jams, and tea. Water is collected from a spring in the land. We will also add meat dishes on occasion. Due to lack of refrigeration (and ants) storage is difficult. If you require anything beside what is mentioned, feel free to bring what you like. We have made an arrangement for rooms at Gran Hotel Costa Rica in the centre of San Jose at the price of $73+tax a night (around $85 inc. breakfast). I have already booked rooms for Bim on the 14th, Vince on the 15th and Glenys on the 16th. Please take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The cost is about $12. The official currency here is colones, and the exchange rate is 493colones to the US dollar, however, the US dollar is well accepted everywhere. Just make sure you have small notes as breaking $100 or $50 might be difficult. For the cost of the gathering, you can bring me cash in US dollars in large bills. Please try to bring new bills. Please contact me by phone if you have any questions, as my access to internet is limited, and please send your airline information, flight number and arrival time to emily@abdy.info

Abdy's Letter December 06
Hello everybody, I have recieved many letters responding to my previous letter(Nov06). Most of them were in assurance of the transformations brought to the writer's lives after meeting with me. In a way, all of them were supporting my role in the divine plan. I thank all of you who have sent me a letter, or a thought. It seems that many of you took my letter to be a message of my own disappointment, and yet on the contrary, I am basking in a place beyond disappointment or appointment. This is a place of completion of a phase. I am in the school holidays as a child. And, like a child, I am lost within myself. To so many people, being lost has a negative tone, but to me, being lost is acknowledging new and amazing undiscovered paths. To so many people, not knowing your life path, and not being in charge of your life path are dilemmas. To me, these things ARE my life path. Regarding my metamorphosis, this is a stage of waiting for my new birth. Not that the current state is insufficient now, but my future role mandates a greater flux of energy which is beyond my capacity now. Being in unpleasant 3D situations is a challenge that many people with great light are dealing with at the time being. There is a saying: the more light that one carries, the more darkness that one attracts. Darkness is also created by divine to bring transforations and evolution to self. The only way that darkness can challenge is through the 3D, as it is our weakest link. The knowledge of being is beyond comprehension; lower vibrational challenges are short-lived. My role and your role in the divine plan has nothing to do with what we do. Rather, we are all fulfiling our mission just by being who we are - active, or inactive. Having said that, I ought to mention that I am getting bored of having no sessions.... No matter in what state I am or I will be, I will always welcome your guidance. Guidance is a compliment from the divine, and brings illumination. Everybody is in need of illumination, and nobody needs to be guided. No matter what sort of vibration I am in, I will always greatful for your light. Love, Abdy.
message from Abdy November 06
Hello everybody, It has been a rather odd year for me. We have travelled around the world twice, covering six continents, by September. We could eventually sell our house in Canada to become citizens of the world. I have arranged three gatherings, in Bali, Israel and Egypt. After being in such a high gear of activity for most of the year I have become numb, and have no motivation to do any more. At the moment we have been brought back to Toronto without activity, plans or responsibility. I am not yet sure why, after getting ready to dedicate myself fully to travelling, I have been taken off the burner. All I know is that I have no motivation to do sessions or to travel. It is a very peculiar feeling to do absolutely nothing when one is used to that high gear. I am not certain about immediate plans, though my only intentions are to spend Winter in Costa Rica, and to have a gathering next year in Peru Apparently now is a time of my metamorphosis. Being in this state has brought me back into spending a great deal of time observing the 3D without having an agenda. It is not pleasant, yet it is effective. Emily and Kye have been supporting me with their love and their presence in every moment of my journey. What I miss the most is being in contact with and seeing all of you. I suppose this falls into “having expectations of the unexpected.” I love you all and I’ll be happy to hear from you with your personal transformations, or with guidance for me! Keep in touch, but don’t expect a reply… Abdy.
Channeling regarding Mt Sinai given to Abdy by Edwin Courtenay in September of 2005
It is important to make a pilgrimage to Mount Sinai. Mount Sinai is a powerful place. It is the place of cause where biblically speaking Moses received the TEN COMMANDMENTS from the Divine source – from God. In truth, it is the place on Earth where the Universal Laws were anchored into this planet and into this reality. It is a place of Universal Truth and Power. It is a place of making, a place of becoming, where the Laws and Limitations of this reality were first put in place.
Spiritual Hierarchy massage regarding Bali Gathering
The vortex that Abdy is drawn to awaken and work upon is the Cosmic Heart of the Earth. It is the heart, that when awoken, will beat in rhythm with the hearts of all other planetary intelligences within the galaxy and greater Universe. It is the Cosmic Heart that will align and connect and tie the Earth into the web of all – the Flower of Life – on a heart light level that will enable the Earth to become part of the greater Cosmic web of love. It is one of the final ingredients that will enable the Earth to not only move into its greater transformations, but contribute to the greater Cosmic web with those loving and emotive discoveries that have been found by the people of Earth. The Earth centre of our world is connected to this vortex, but is not to be mistaken for it. The Heart Chakra still burns brightly within the bosom of this nation (England) and serves the body of the planet as it always has. The Cosmic Heart is a higher octave vibration of this heart centre - it is the Cosmic Heart, the higher frequency expression of the physical heart of the physical world. The work that has been previously done, was in preparation for the grand awakenment that will occur during Abdy’s retreat. This is a powerful service. When this work is done, the Earth will begin to pass out into the greater Universe an immaculate vibration that will enable the Earth to be connected in the way that we have mentioned. It will be a very momentous occasion. (Spiritual Hierarchy through Edwin Courtenay)
A letter from a participant of the Uluru gathering
ULURU GATHERING - We do not change, we just shift our perception - The very first time that I heard of Abdy’s Uluru Gathering, I knew that I would be there and nothing on the planet would deter me. It was like a magnet had drawn me to Uluru. It was with much anticipation that I set forth to Uluru in Central Australia as this destination had never been on my agenda. The heat, the flies and the red dirt do not have the same appeal as water holds for me, but the desire to be there was enormous. I was venturing forth into uncharted surroundings, which brought about excitement that a new venture brings. Uluru is the name of the ‘Rock’ and Yulara – a community with its own unique atmosphere - is where we had our base. No one is allowed to stay in the Uluru area, as it is a sacred site of the Aboriginal people. Uluru is aligned to Lemurian force. This place is very pure. The energy here is most powerfully centered – the energy is very high. Friday, the 18th of March was our first gathering of all ninety participants. We were greeted at the door by Kathy and Richard, who anointed us with frankincense. Abdy then welcomed everyone in the center of the room with a hug. The Attunement commenced with what we all do best, lying on the floor with the energy running through us. When Abdy’s Sessions finished, we formed a circle and had a hugging session. Afterwards we introduced ourselves, also stating why we had come to Uluru. The Group Alignment was where all inhibitions were released and many became their own being which was something miraculous to see. The power of some was awesome - the moving of energy and the soul language came forth as automatic. Some were not comfortable with the actions and the noise that was made, so many were out of their comfort zone. The intellect came in very strongly along with the “whys” and the “what is it?” In the follow-on Session we saw much the same again with even more resistance. Many had amazing clearings, others fought long and hard to hang onto their self-made identities. We were up very early on Sunday morning for a Journey to the ‘Rock’ to watch the sunrise over this amazing gift of nature with its many shapes, sizes and colour. It was extremely cold and I was most grateful when the sun began to appear and glad to be back in the bus to be taken to a ‘silent place’ for a meditation at the waterhole, which was dry as the rainfall is very low in the desert. We stood one behind the other and looked up to the top of the ‘Rock’, which was hypnotic with the sun-light just touching the high section of the ‘Rock’. Being asked to release our feelings to the ‘Rock’ was when the most amazing sounds and soul language were expressed. Maurice said the Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic. The tears, the screams, the pain were let forth with no inhibitions - not the normal silent meditation. It was almost an indescribable moment. I felt every possible emotion - great pain mixed with joy, sadness and laughter. I was exhausted and just wanted to sit and be my Self, not the persona that I present to the world. It took a real effort to attend the next Session of Soul Exchange; I was only driven by the knowledge that I would have to do nothing, just to enjoy the gifts of others. Daniel started the Soul Exchange with an amazing song that he has written, which moved everyone in the room. I chose an experience of lying on the floor and taking in all that the Universe had to offer. The evening Session started with sharing, and, of course, the main topic was the noise and being able to adjust and the acceptance of things not being exactly as the perceptions of procedures had been. The Equinox Blessings involved everyone being on the floor and expressing themselves in whatever way they needed to, which was absolutely fascinating, so many being their true selves. The day concluded with a bonfire under the stars in the campground. The stars in Central Australia are magnificent, you almost feel that you can reach out and touch them and there is so much clarity. Sharing the Wisdom was a question and answer procedure with a difference. Ken would answer a question in soul language and Abdy would relate it to us in English. It brought about new gifts for some, as they found that they could translate what was being spoken in the language of the soul. This was followed by an account of our experiences and what the gathering was about for us. At the end of the day the group went to the ‘Sounds of Silence’, which is an unique event of a dinner under the stars out in the desert. We were taken by bus to the look-out point where we could view the ‘Rock’ and the ‘Olgas’. It was just incredible being in the desert. As the sun set we were sitting round our table, watching the stars, in the company of beautiful people - a wonderful way to complete the Gathering at Uluru. The Gathering at Uluru was one of those experiences of a lifetime which time will never dim. It is something that will remain deep within the heart of all. The reconnection with many brothers and sisters, the ‘Rock’ and the desert impressions were all unique, but the gathering was not about any of these things. It was about me - my reaction and my experiences - for the growth of my soul. I am grateful for the opportunity to express the real being that I am, leaving behind for a short time the personality I show the world. I thank everyone for their love and for their acceptance of who I am, which will stay in my heart forever. No one who went to the Uluru Gathering will have returned home the same as they arrived, each one will have in some way or another shifted their perceptions so that their reality has changed. I feel I entered into the energy of Uluru and Abdy’s Sessions as an initiation, which has drawn me closer to divine consciousness. We have all journeyed from this place more complete, more whole and healed. I thank God for the reconnection with Abdy. I thank God for Abdy. I thank God that Abdy has Emily and I thank God that Abdy and Emily have Kye. We have a Great God and I love you all enormously.

UPDATE October 2005
In the first four months of the year we were touring England, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii and the U.S. having many sessions in thirty cities. The Uluru event was beyond any of the imaginations of the 88 participants. I am receiving many letters indicating clearings, transformations, and people embracing difficulties. Thank you to everybody who attended, and an especial thanks to those who attended in person. The next gathering will be in Bali, March 18th – 24th of 2006. Details will be posted on the website by the end of October. Our initial trip to South America took us to Peru and Colombia in July and August, and the sessions were well received in Colombia. The most interesting part was being invited by the Bogota police academy. I had a session with 470 officers under the sun on a concrete ground. The warmth of the Colombians touched us deeply and we shall be returning in the Winter. We are at home until mid-November. Our itinerary includes Egypt and Israel in November and December; Europe at the end of the year; Brazil, Argentina and Chile in January; Colombia, Costa Rica and again Chile in February; Australia, Bali and Hong Kong in March; Korea and Japan in April; Europe in May and South Africa in June. We are still without arrangements in some of these places; and suggestions or contacts would be of great assistance. Enjoy the perfection that you are and everything else is. Love, Abdy.
