Information:

Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket and a pillow, and dress comfortably to lie on the floor. If your body can’t lie flat comfortably, we also have chairs available. Please bring your own water bottle.

Parking: 

After turning left onto Quail Ridge, the house is down the very FIRST driveway to the right, next to three mailboxes and a power pole. Park on the street.  There are only 2-3 spaces in front of the house's garage for those who very much need them.
